Kadis provides a wide range of training and other human resource services. They provide services for companies and carry out activities for unemployed who are included in training and employment programmes of Employment Service of Slovenia. Their organisation is also a promotor of the Leonardo da Vinci pilot project regarding young unemployed without vocational education. Quality and effectiveness is a high priority. Their counsellors and other staff have broad range of experience and expertise, which are necessary to achieve the project goal. Their counsellors (some psychologists) have experience in working with long term unemployed and unemployed in particularly difficult situations. They are searching for methods to increase effectiveness of training and employment programmes and believe that co-operation with partners will give expected results. They can also offer experience in project management.

The partner's role in the project as an area co-ordinator will be to organise meetings of a working group from the guidance community with expertise in the area of equal opportunities to identify gaps, share experience, and discuss current issues. Explicit dissemination role.
