The Institute for Educational Research (IER) is a separate institute of the University of Jyvaskyla, and is a centre for educational research and evaluation in Finland. Its role in the project as an area co-ordinator will be to organise meetings of a working group from the guidance community with expertise in the area of equal opportunities.
