'I was only the third woman to become an RAF police dog handler. If anything went wrong for me I was told that it was because I was a woman, yet if I did well I was told that I’d only done well because they were being easy on me because I was a woman.' On their 30th anniversary the Equal Opportunities commission followed up 30 individuals who have been affected by the Sex Discrimination Act or the work of the EOC since 1975.
